VENN (7).png

More than 20 Catholic schools in the Diocese of Arlington welcome students with intellectual and developmental disabilities into their classrooms.

Porto Charities helps schools create educational environments where students with disabilities thrive through a range of programs and resources, from providing funding to facilitating training. Through the resources below, we aim to make belonging a reality for students with disabilities.

Training for Educators

We facilitate workshops and webinars for professional development for educators so they have the tools they need to reach learners of all abilities

Students with disabilities belong in Catholic schools. Their inclusion
makes learning better for all students, and allows us to live our calling as Catholics.
